Collaborate with architects, planners, and other professionals to design innovative urban spaces. Develop and implement town planning strategies that align with local regulations and community needs. Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments. Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts. Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and developers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions. Requirements:
Proven experience in urban design and town planning, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Passion for sustainable and inclusive urban development.
