Where else would that happen? Being part of the NWAS family and NHS 111 service enhances your skills and development and makes a real difference to patients." North West Ambulance Service Clinician: "I initially was looking for a change of environment when I first applied. Once I got into the job role, I found that it gave me a better work/home life balance. The job gave me the opportunity to expand on my clinical knowledge and experience, and I felt I have become a better clinician, and broadened my knowledge again. It has allowed me to put my focus back on the patient and prioritise their needs above anything else. From a nurse's perspective, it's a very welcome change of pace, and a highly supportive working environment, and you can drink your brew whilst it's hot!"
