We have an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Norwell center. The NP or PA must have at least 2+ years of emergency medicine or 3+ years of experience in high volume urgent care, which includes the ability to manage adult and pediatric patients.
In the center, you will: examine and treat urgent care patients, ensure proper injury care, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery; prescribe and administer medication; request necessary tests and follow-up visits and refer patients to specialists, as necessary.
Our centers are open 7 days per week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Full-time positions must be able to work three or four 12-hour shifts per week (84 hours biweekly), including every other weekend.
Skills and Qualifications:
Provide 5-star patient care; we love our patients, and we want you to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and fluid work environment.
Experience with EHR systems (Medical Records), occupational health, emergency room, and family practice procedures.
Able to use necessary medical equipment: EKG, nebulizer, etc.
Education & Experience:
A current NP or PA License in one of our urgent care states, in which you are applying.
Must be credentialed to see patients of all ages.
Active DEA license with no restrictions.
Current DOT certification or ability to become certified.
