provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.
Essential Functions:
Personal Care with ADLs and IADLs
Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair), change of position, with toileting.
Companion/Sitter/Household Management
Provide companionship and respite services for family.
Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients. Client is a man in 80s and the family needs immediate assistance for 4-5 hours daily/3 days a week. Occasional Transportation to run errands within 5 mile radius once a week. Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
High school graduate or G.E.D certificate. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job. Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job. Clean background with no history. Must be:
Willing to keep client active. Good at communicating. Have driver's license and car. Some benefits include:
