We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales person who can self-manage and deliver exceptional customer service. You must be able to work as part of a team and display a keen understanding of all associated products that go with the sale of used vehicles. At Vision Motors Direct, you will be part of a small team and will have the ability to push the boundaries governed by other dealers. Your lead distribution is not capped, and neither is your earning potential. You will be eager to deliver an exceptional journey for your customers from the first point of contact through to the delivery of the car and beyond. The right candidate must have: Excellent sales, communication, negotiating and influencing skills. Great customer service. Ability to meet sales targets. Ability to present add-on products. Ability to do handovers and all paperwork associated. Must have a can-do attitude. In return, you will get a great remuneration package that will put you ahead of the others in the industry, including a company vehicle and a modern pay plan which is uncapped with a monthly bonus scheme.
