We recognise that our Clients have researched the cars online, and our Client Experience Specialist are there to support and enhance the decision making process, moving away from the traditional Sales Executive persona whilst still creating the opportunities that develop your earning capabilities. Client Experience Specialist basic pay is £22000 a year

alongside a commissions structure with a realistic OTE of £40000 (uncapped). This is a 5 day per week role, Monday to Saturday, with 2 days off per week on a rota basis. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet clients warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide comprehensive information about our range of vehicles, products and services. Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and providing personalised service. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling vehicles and products. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through follow-up calls, emails, and meetings to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Experience Enhancement: Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience, from the showroom visit to post-purchase support. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends to provide clients with informed recommendations and insights. Qualifications:

Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. A proactive and positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Held a clean and valid UK driver’s license for more than 12 months. We like to look after our teams
