You will be overseeing a busy sales department overseeing the team of Sales Executives, Business Manager and Administration whilst reporting directly to the General Manager. You will be managing the team to deliver the process and work closely with the customers looking to purchase a car. Making sure all dealership and manufacturers standards. Working to and exceeding targets on unit sales and additional products. Coaching and developing the team. Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager / General Sales Manager within a successful Car Dealership Proven Track Record of Success Full UK driving licence Driven and Passionate individual. Company benefits:
