£36k Basic, £55k - £57k OTE Hours:
5 day working week, 1 weekend in, 1 off Company Car Responsibilities: Managing the team of Sales Executives and a Business Manager Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email Working to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and online Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way Collating finance proposals for customers Ensuring full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff Skills/Experience: FCA Accredited Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet a goal Commercial awareness and financial analysis Good understanding of the Used Car marketplace Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure A calm and professional manner IT literate & full UK driving licence Benefits: 30 days holiday a year (inclusive of Bank Holidays) Company pension Healthcare cash plan Employee vehicle-discount schemes High street discounts Childcare vouchers Cycle to work scheme Eyecare vouchers Internal and manufacturer training If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
