At ANSON MCCADE, we are looking for a UX, UI engineer!

Our tech stack: Figma, Kanban, Marketing, Security, UX UI Design, UI-UX-Designer

Requirements:

Extensive experience in UX design and research with a strong grasp of techniques such as contextual inquiry, ethnographic research, and user interviews.

Proficient in design tools, particularly Figma, with experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).

Ability to translate user requirements into impactful design solutions.

Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality, user-centric products.

Ability to obtain high-level security clearance (must be a British citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years).

Your responsibilities are:

Lead UX activities throughout the project lifecycle, from research and discovery to user testing and final design implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Business Analysts, Developers, and Delivery Managers) to deliver solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align designs with key objectives and user requirements.

Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistent design across digital products.

Run and manage user research studies, including user interviews, workshops, focus groups, and usability testing.

Facilitate workshops that engage stakeholders, gather valuable insights, and transform these into actionable design solutions.
