Reporting to the Head of UX, the UX Designer will play a key role in crafting seamless and engaging user and customer experiences. You will work collaboratively across teams to understand user needs, map customer journeys, and design intuitive solutions that deliver value and drive satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of retirement experiences for a new audience. Role Accountabilities

Conduct user testing (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys) to gather insights into the needs, behaviours, and pain points of Gen X users. Translate user insights into personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces that align with business goals and user needs. Work closely in cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content, to ensure designs align with strategic objectives. Partner with the Head of UX to implement design strategies and processes. Participate in design critiques, offering and receiving constructive feedback. Ensure designs are inclusive and accessible, meeting relevant standards (e.g., WCAG). Consider the diverse financial literacy and digital proficiency levels of target users in design solutions. Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency across digital products. Leverage data to prioritise design decisions and measure the success of design updates. Skills and Knowledge

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and customer journey maps. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. A customer-focused self-starter. Understanding of UX testing methodologies and data-driven design principles. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. Experience

2-5 years of experience in UX design or related roles. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Company Benefits
