SKILLS
Experience in User Research and evaluation.
Ability to analyse and collate large volumes of information.
Experience of service design in an NHS organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management experience.
Ability to provide recommendations based upon organisational research and data.
