Our client is a top-tier consultancy looking for User Researchers with Active Security Clearance. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and conduct user research activities to gather insights that inform design and development decisions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and Analysts, to ensure research is integrated into the product development lifecycle. Develop research strategies and methodologies aligned with project objectives and GDS principles. Facilitate usability testing sessions, workshops, and interviews to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Analyse and present research findings through actionable insights, user personas, journey maps, and recommendations. Ensure all research activities are conducted ethically and securely, adhering to SC requirements and government regulations. Advocate for user-centered design principles and GDS best practices within the team and to stakeholders. Support service assessments and contribute to meeting GDS service standard requirements. Essential Skills and Experience Active SC Clearance:
Must hold valid Security Clearance. GDS Experience:
Proven experience in delivering user research for GDS-compliant services. Strong understanding of GDS principles, including service assessments, accessibility standards, and agile ways of working. Demonstrated expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and data analysis. Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
