User Researcher

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver a range of qualitative and quantitative research, using your expertise in quantitative data analysis and experience of qualitative text analytics. Capture, understand and manage user needs and insights gathered from research. Own the end-to-end research process, including planning, implementation and reporting of results as well as communication and ownership of research findings. To apply for this User Research role, you will need experience helping teams apply various methods to analyse research data and synthesise findings. You will know how to engage with sceptical colleagues in analysis and synthesis and be able to advise on the choice and application of techniques, critiquing colleagues’ findings to ensure best practice.
