User Researcher | Quantitative | Qualitative | Recruitment | User Journey | Usability Testing Role We're looking for a User Researcher who will want to work with a tech for good business. This organisation builds SaaS products that change people's lives for the better! This role will see you work with a well-established design and research team to improve products that over a million customers use! You'll also have a fantastic amount of autonomy to work with the research team and look under the hood to understand how to solve these problems. You will be based out of Manchester city centre offices with a hybrid model - 4 days in the office, 1 work from home. Oh, and did I mention that 10% of your working week is also allocated to personal development? Responsibilities

Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative user research methodologies, adept at understanding user behaviours and preferences in digital product contexts. Experienced in crafting and analysing user journeys and flows to comprehend customer interactions with our products effectively. Well-versed in remote research methodologies, utilising platforms like Maze and SurveyMonkey for surveys and remote user testing. Capable of planning and managing participant recruitment processes, recommending suitable tools, and maintaining organised research repositories. Familiarity with design and collaboration tools including Figma, Figjam, Miro, Jira, and Confluence facilitates seamless collaboration within teams. Knowledgeable about A/B testing principles, collaborating effectively with CRO specialists to optimize product experiences. Proficient in coaching and guiding team members to conduct effective user research and apply industry best practices. Skilled in planning and facilitating engaging research workshops to gather insights collaboratively. Independently design comprehensive research strategies and translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance the user experience. Actively influence the quality of research and design outcomes, fostering effective collaboration across disciplines to optimise the customer journey. Skilled in utilising web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, Pendo, and Hotjar to derive actionable insights.
