Utilities Manager

In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and embedding processes that facilitate smooth and efficient collaboration with our group’s contracted utilities providers and waste management partners. You will design, establish, and embed robust workflows to ensure seamless management of utilities and waste contracts. Additionally, you will develop systems to track and report on supplier performance, providing actionable insights to both partners and the organization. We are looking for someone with proven experience in contract management, utilities, or waste management. Strong process design and project management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. An analytical mindset with a focus on performance monitoring and reporting will set you apart. Key Responsibilities:

Process development & implementation, focusing on design, establishment, and embedding of robust workflows. Performance monitoring by developing systems to track and report on supplier performance, providing actionable insights to partners and the organization. Stakeholder engagement and future-state planning by proposing and operationalizing structure and processes for business-as-usual operations. If you have strong financial acumen, excellent project management and organizational skills, proficiency in influencing and engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.
