We are looking for a Utilities Delivery Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Norwich. You will be supported by the Project Manager and management team. You are expected to take ownership and lead the delivery management requirements to join our project heading up the Utility Works Delivery, ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standards of safety, compliance, customer excellence, and commercial control. What you'll do: Managing Utilities programme of work ensuring that projects are issued, monitored, delivered (to cost and time) in accordance with scheme’s requirements. Manage the performance of the Statutory Undertakers to ensure key contract objectives are delivered. Manage the team of Agents, Site Engineers, and Surveyors to optimise operational activities thus ensuring key project objectives are delivered. Management of Statutory Undertakers works area handover and works interface while ensuring CDM, safety and environmental compliance. Management of Utilities Plant Protection requirements and Protective Provisions compliance. What you'll bring to the role: Previous utility management experience. Statutory Undertakers and Stakeholder management experience with excellent communication skills. Experience within National Highways infrastructure projects. Experience with major infrastructure projects.
