Utility Development Program Manager focuses on develop and implement strategies to ensure timely delivery of utility infrastructure to development sites.

What the role involves

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely delivery of utility infrastructure to development sites.
  • Supporting site due diligence activities by evaluating utility and grid capacity feasibility.
  • Managing external partners and consultants involved in substation design and construction.
  • Driving standardisation of utility substation and distribution designs across multiple sites.
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasting, procurement, and delivery schedules for utility projects.
  • Develop specifications for transformers and related electrical equipment.

Skills and requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in medium/high voltage construction management or related infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of substations, grid connections, and utility infrastructure delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
