Job Description Closing Date for applications will be Monday 23rd December Your role as UX Design Manager Develop and drive the overall UX vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Establish design principles, UX guidelines and best practices in line with brand standards.
Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, including research, wire-framing, prototyping, and user testing.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of our users’ needs and behaviours.
Prototype digital products and conduct user research and testing, ensuring customer feedback is considered and used to iterate experiences.
Be a storyteller and problem solver, using personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototyping, storyboards etc., to bring customer journeys to life.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all physical and digital experiences are executed exceptionally.
Drive a consistent design and user experience strategy across digital touchpoints.
Design and be the guardian of design systems and design standards to ensure consistency across all customer touch points.
Define and track KPIs to measure the success of UX initiatives.
What you’ll bring… Previous experience managing and leading a small UX team.
Ability to translate goals, objectives, and data into digital experiences.
Understanding of business metrics, and how designs contribute to performance.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Ability to plan, facilitate and lead workshops in order to make UX a company-wide mentality.
Strong communication and presentation skills; an ability to articulate and discuss your design decisions with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating user stories, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards.
Ability to plan and conduct user testing, surveys, and formal evaluations.
Ability to iterate your work based on user testing data and qualitative feedback.
Understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture.
Experience with frontend languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS3.
Experience working within an agile, scrum environment in digital product development.
Strong stakeholder engagement, able to develop trusted working relationships across business boundaries.
