UX Designer with strong Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) expertise

to join our team. In this role, you’ll design engaging digital experiences while taking ownership of ongoing CRO initiatives. You’ll analyze user data, gather insights, and collaborate with our team to continuously optimize user journeys and improve conversion rates for our clients. Responsibilities Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and digital products with a focus on

ecommerce

and

lead generation . Lead

CRO initiatives , analyzing user behavior using

GA4, Hotjar , and similar tools. Gather data-driven insights to recommend and implement design changes that improve conversions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to roll out changes based on CRO insights. Continuously test and refine designs based on user feedback and performance metrics. Stay up to date with design trends and CRO best practices. Qualifications Proven experience as a

UX Designer , with a strong portfolio that showcases your work and CRO improvements. Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

and

Hotjar

to drive design decisions. Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and testing design solutions. Solid understanding of

user-centered design

principles and accessibility standards. Experience turning insights from data into actionable design improvements. Proficiency in

Figma

or similar design tools. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present your ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working within

ecommerce

or

lead generation

industries. Knowledge of

Webflow . Knowledge of

SEO
