DESCRIPTION Join our team and re-invent the way ecommerce businesses manage fulfillment! Veeqo (veeqo.com) - a startup which was acquired by Amazon in 2021 - is Amazon's recommended multichannel inventory and shipping solution for SMB sellers. Our vision is to become the back office hub for SMB ecommerce sellers, for both their on-Amazon and off-Amazon business. We help sellers manage fulfillment operations across all their online stores, and ship orders to customers at the lowest cost and in the fastest possible time. We're looking for a UX Designer to work in collaboration with product and engineering, joining a team that's passionate about raising the bar on Seller experience. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed and has experience collecting user insights and feedback to validate designs, evolving our understanding of Seller needs. Key job responsibilities Identify seller needs and design delightful solutions with measurable impact. Partner with the product teams to represent customer needs in the requirements development process. Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes. Contribute and maintain the Veeqo Kit Design System pattern library. Present design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval. Work with Tech teams to ensure a seamless implementation of designs and make trade-offs when needed while without compromising on core experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience in design Experience in delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer Have an available online portfolio Experience prototyping (HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash or Flash Catalyst, or Axure) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in mass-market consumer web / mobile products Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
