Work with ecommerce manager to take all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designs. With appropriate prototyping and design tools (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite), create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Take a proactive role in identifying and resolving design improvements across all sites and campaigns while communicating with different departments to confirm requirements. Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Attend user research sessions and evaluate user feedback.
