Role Overview:

My client in the gambling/gaming industry are seeking a talented UX Designer to join their team and play a critical role in shaping the user experience for their products. The successful candidate will lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring intuitive and engaging user interfaces. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and deliver solutions that set new industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead UX design and development, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience. Explore new design trends and technologies to keep the user experience competitive. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs. Communicate design concepts effectively to internal teams. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX Designer, ideally within the online gaming or related industries. Strong proficiency in Figma. Experience with business intelligence (BI) research and data-driven design decisions. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
