New Business Development: Define UX proposals, support new business meetings, and ensure UX is integrated into project roadmaps and long-term strategies.

What we are looking for

10+ years of UX experience, ideally within leading digital agencies, with a strong track record of delivering impactful digital products for high-profile brands.

Proven leadership and mentoring skills, managing designers to deliver strategic, user-centred designs for complex projects across multiple industries.

Expertise in data-driven design, including leading user research, data and analytics, rapid prototyping, and usability testing to inform and refine design decisions. A/B testing experience would be a bonus.

Experience delivering large-scale digital products and websites, as well as driving ongoing optimisation work streams that improve user engagement and conversion.

Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate design decisions through compelling storytelling, ensuring client alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
