In this role, you will be at the forefront of understanding customer behaviour, using cutting-edge analytics to enhance the user experience and drive growth. Your insights will inform key business decisions, making a direct impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse customer data from platforms like Google Analytics and CRM systems to identify patterns. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer service teams. Collaborate with teams to implement customer segmentation and predictive analytics. Conduct market research, surveys, and focus groups to gain insights and benchmark performance. Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key customer metrics and campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years experience in customer insights, data analysis, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and a thorough understanding of customer behaviour analytics. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner. A collaborative mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams.
