About The Role We at PEI Group are looking for a UX Researcher to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based here in London. PEI’s customer insights professionals play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform our business decisions and enhance our customer experience. You will work within a cross-functional team to analyse customer data, develop insights, and provide recommendations that align with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, customer behaviour analysis, customer enquiry and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Analyse customer data from various sources (e.g., GA, Heap.io, Delighted NPS, Dovetail, CRM systems, surveys) to uncover trends, behaviours, and preferences. Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer service teams. Collaborate with the UX, Product Design and Data Science teams to design and implement customer segmentation models and predictive analytics. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark our customer experience against industry standards. Design and execute customer surveys, focus groups, and other quantitative and qualitative research methods to gather deeper insights into customer needs and satisfaction. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor customer metrics and KPIs. Work with the cross functional team to develop and test hypotheses, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and optimize customer journeys. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer insights and data analytics. About You Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer insight, data analytics, or a similar role in a digital company. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Strong understanding of customer behaviour analysis and market research methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer journey optimization is a plus.
