Lead UX Innovation by implementing user-centred design principles, conducting research, and developing solutions that meet business objectives. Bring ideas to life with wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Define KPIs, analyse performance data, and continuously improve digital touchpoints. Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to turn concepts into reality. Key Skills:
Previous UX design experience, ideally in Ecommerce, travel, or hospitality sectors. Expertise in designing for websites, apps, and other digital platforms. A passion for user research, usability testing, and crafting solutions based on insights. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
