We’re on the lookout for a skilled and imaginative UX/UI Consultant to join this vibrant team, bringing their vision of an elevated digital presence to life.


Role Description

In this role, you’ll play a key part in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences for the agencies clients. Collaborating across various teams, you’ll turn complex ideas into user-friendly designs that boost customer satisfaction and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine user interfaces for e-commerce sites using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mock-ups to convey design concepts and user journeys.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure designs meet both business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to optimize design solutions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels by adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Use Javascript, HTML and CSS to ensure designs can be effectively implemented and maintained.


Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Design or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of UX design experience with a portfolio highlighting e-commerce projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
  • Strong knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS, with the ability to create simple front-end prototypes (desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on user needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to advocate for user-centred design.
