Job Description: Task: The task encompasses the consultation as UX Designer for the eDiscovery Atlas Replacement Project. The role is focused on optimization of usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction provided in the interaction between the user and Client products. Key Responsibilities: User Research: - Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Analyze and interpret data to generate insights that inform design decisions. Information Architecture: - Organize and structure content in a way that is understandable and navigable for users. - Create site maps and navigation structures to ensure content is logically arranged. Wireframing and Prototyping: - Develop wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout of designs. - Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users. Interaction Design: - Define how users interact with Client products, including the design of interactive elements like buttons, forms, and other controls. - Ensure interactions are intuitive and contribute to a seamless user experience. Visual Design: - Design the visual elements of products, including colors, typography, and iconography, to ensure a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing appearance. - Work closely with UI (User Interface) designers and developers to align visual design with usability principles. Usability Testing: - Conduct tests with client users to evaluate the effectiveness of the design. - Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve the user experience. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with product owners / managers, engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and facilitate implementation by development teams.
