The right fit:-
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Digital Designer with strong UX/UI skills to join in-house team.
The ideal candidate:
A successful applicant will have experience in some of the following:
Developing compelling, responsive web layouts that enhance user experience and support various strategies and goals
Designing original graphics, including infographics, images, icons, and illustrations
Adhering to brand guidelines, encompassing fonts, colors, tone of voice, and imagery to captivate and engage target audiences
Creating attractive email designs with an understanding of their limitations
Developing engaging social media campaigns for various platforms
We absolutely require:
Solid understanding of best UI and UX practices and principles
Proficiency in responsive web design and accessible design principles
Expertise in design software, including Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
Proven ability to see projects through from conception to delivery
Minimum of 3+ years of design experience Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
It would be a bonus if you have any experience in any of the following:
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous, with training provided if needed
