Our client is an award-winning full-service marketing agency based in London. They provide Design, Digital, Branding, Web design and Development, Communication, Strategy, and Production Services. We have a great opportunity for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join their design studio. This position is mainly remote, attending meetings in London when needed. Skills Required

You will have a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring designs are both functional and visually appealing. Generate fresh ideas and push creative boundaries. Be a mentor and guide to junior designers in the team, fostering skill development and team cohesion. Have expertise in creating responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across devices. Have the ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate concepts effectively. Can evolve a client brand if needed and has experience in brand design. Have excellent design tool experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard software. Have strong brand design skills, ensuring design projects are consistent and aligned with brand guidelines. Be skilled in communicating brand narratives and messages visually. Leverage analytics, user feedback, and research to inform and refine design decisions. Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers. Clearly articulate design decisions and concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders and be comfortable talking with clients. Be able to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Manage workflow for efficient collaboration and delivery. Ensure interface designs are inclusive and accessible so they comply with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG). Please send your CV and portfolio stating your salary expectations.
