We’re seeking a Product Designer to join our team, dedicated to building intuitive and impactful financial products for a global audience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a talented design team to address customer needs, elevate design standards, and ensure a seamless user experience. Using data-driven insights alongside your skills in design, research, and prototyping, you’ll develop user-friendly solutions for complex challenges. Responsibilities Be the voice of the user, embedding their needs into every design decision with insights and research. Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and stakeholders to transform ideas into reality. Collaborate with researchers to uncover actionable feedback, guiding meaningful usability improvements. Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts. Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement. Define and maintain design guidelines, bringing consistency across all products. Lead projects with balance and clarity, adapting to timelines while juggling multiple priorities. Design user journeys that turn complex tasks into simple, delightful journeys. Improve product performance post-launch, focusing on continuous, user-centered enhancements. Help maintain, evolve and improve the design system, as well as using it as a toolkit to ensure consistency and elevate the brand. Requirements 3+ years of experience designing complex commercial apps. A portfolio showcasing strong product design work. Proficiency in design across web platforms and websites. Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Skilled at understanding the technical impact of design choices. Self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of the design process within the development team. Strong UX focus and a deep understanding of human behavior. Clean, refined visual design sense. Love to solve problems and be challenged. A continuous learner, eager to grow both personally and with the team. Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
