An exciting opportunity at Stagecoach East has arisen, and we are seeking a skilled people manager who will inspire, lead, and motivate a depot team of engineering staff to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered to our customers.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, the successful candidate should have excellent technical knowledge and supervisory experience within the PCV industry. As well as possessing an appropriate engineering qualification, the candidate must also be fully conversant with all legislative requirements, Health & Safety regulations, and be able to demonstrate a successful career with the PCV/HGV industry. Possession of a CPC qualification or the enthusiasm to obtain one would be an advantage.
As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the Depot Engineering Performance and be a member of the Depot Management team.
