Vacancy – Financial Controller

Job Description: SIS Eastern Europe requires a Financial Controller who will be pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity of our business. With a strong sense of reliability and proficiency, the Financial Controller will ensure consistent delivery and integrity within their role. They will thrive in a multinational landscape both internally and externally, effectively navigating cultural nuances in finance, and their proactive communication will ensure transparency across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Prepare and submit management information, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Review and resolve issues in commercial contracts and ensure all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations. Conduct project risk assessments and identify areas needing regulatory alignment. Oversee financial KPIs and refine operational processes to minimize risks and enhance accuracy. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with company growth objectives. Collaborate with global finance teams (UK, Holland, Middle East) to provide real-time financial insights. Engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure financial clarity in all contracts. Report directly to the SIS Eastern Europe Finance Director. Based at the Istanbul Office.
