Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This position requires a strong mechanical background and proficiency in various engineering tools and methodologies. The Validation Engineer will be responsible for validating designs, processes, and products through rigorous testing and analysis.

Duties

Conduct validation tests on new and existing products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. Utilise CAD software, including AutoCAD, to create and review schematics for validation processes. Perform root cause analysis to identify issues in product designs or manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assemble, fabricate, and weld components as necessary for testing. Develop and maintain documentation related to validation procedures, results, and compliance. Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure precision in design specifications. Provide mechanical knowledge to assist in the development of tooling required for product validation. Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD. Strong understanding of root cause analysis techniques. Experience in assembling, welding, and fabricating mechanical components. Familiarity with schematics and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of GD&T principles is advantageous. A solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles is essential.
