We are currently recruiting in the South East for a reputable and independent provider of Clean Air / Validation Services. They are now seeking to take on a Validation Engineer to join their longstanding team. You will be covering Healthcare, Retail, Educational, and Government sites carrying out various validation services including the validation, verification, and balancing of air systems within Healthcare, Clean Rooms & Operating Theatres.
Consideration will be given to candidates from:
St Albans, Hertford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Stevenage, Cheshunt, Enfield, Harpenden, Chigwell, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Bletchley, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Dunstable, Hitchin, Leighton Buzzard.
Experience & Qualifications: Will have experience working hands on as a Validation Engineer for an established provider of Clean Air Services. Holding the BOHS P601 would be beneficial to the role. Well versed in relevant Health and Safety / HTM 0301 guidelines. Excellent IT skills, able to produce detailed reports for clients. Will have excellent industry relevant technical knowledge and experience. Holding the Competent Persons (CP) would be beneficial to the role.
The Role: Undertaking validation, verification and balancing of air systems in on Healthcare, Clean Rooms & Operating Theatres. DOP testing & HEPA filter changes. Testing of laminar flow. Undertaking measuring of air flows and air change rates. Carrying out velocity testing. AHU maintenance and testing. Working in line with HTM 0301 guidelines. Producing detailed reports using information gathered from site.
