The Validation Team managers will report to the Validation Manager and have full day to day management for direct team reports. The successful candidate will establish a team culture of continuous improvement and unrelenting pursuit of performance excellence. The Role: Full day to day management of Validation Engineers (Level 1 & 2) including performance management and supporting staff in attaining their personal development goals. Motivate, coach and conduct 1:1s at the agreed interval with team members building to Mid and End of Year reviews, providing regular feedback on progress against their Goals and Objectives, setting short term actions to facilitate exceeding of G&O’s or close gaps in both performance and behaviour such that the team works in an environment of consistently high standards, expectation and achievements. To ensure effective communication and dissemination of site Objectives and managing priorities and expectations of self and the team effectively. Take a leading approach to building and maintaining employer and employees duty of care in relation to EH&S. Participate in Regulatory Inspections and customer audits, providing appropriate responses to audit findings as required. To write or review and approve documents on behalf of Validation as required:

Cleaning Validation assessments, CV protocols and VSRs Validation Plans, protocols, SIAs and DIAs for computer system validation activities Strategy Documents, Protocols and reports for Process Validation activities Continuous Process Verification (CPV) reports which contribute to Quality Annual Product Reviews (APR's). URS’s, Validation Plans, FATs, SATs, IOPQs for Equipment Validation activities Is a Routine approver for Validation entities in ValGenesis

To ensure the Validation processes are established, implemented, maintained and reviewed regularly. Deputise for the Validation Manager as required. The Candidate: People Leadership experience Demonstrate expert knowledge in use of Quality Management Systems. Demonstrate technical competency and expert problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Develop, Coach and Mentor staff in use of Quality Management Systems.
