Commercial property consultancy has an opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer to join the team in their Bournemouth office.
The Role
The Valuation Surveyor will be required to produce landlord and tenant reports and negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals, together with producing RICS “Red Book” freehold valuations for asset and probate purposes.
Main Duties
Providing valuation advice to clients for loan security accounts and other purposes.
Producing Red Book valuation reports to a high standard.
Reporting to clients and senior colleagues.
Adhere to internal processes, lender requirements and RICS regulations.
Build the professional business through networking internally and externally.
Skills & Experience
MRICS qualified with 5 years post qualification experience but will consider candidates with less experience.
Strong track record of commercial valuation experience.
Good knowledge of commercial property market in Dorset and Hampshire in the Office, industrial and retail sectors.
Good reporting and negotiating skills.
Good knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Salary & Benefits
Salary £32,000 - £38,000 basic, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
