Key Responsibilities:
Provide valuations across all property types, adhering to RICS Valuation Global Standards (current edition). Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new and repeat business. Collaborate with the team to promote valuation and other surveying services. Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations with precision and professionalism. Contribute to business development by expanding the client base and strengthening existing relationships. Key Requirements:
MRICS or FRICS qualified with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. RICS Registered Valuer with a proven track record in delivering valuations.
