A leading and long-established West Country firm of Commercial Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors with offices in Devon and Cornwall is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join their busy team.
A private business, the company has developed a great reputation in the market and thrives on long-established repeat business clients. The work will predominantly involve commercial valuations around loan security but will also include some high-value residential developments.
For this role, the client requires someone who is an FRICS / MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, ideally with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property / general practice, with a track record of providing Red Book compliant valuations.
