Position Overview Support the Value & Performance Lead with all aspects of Financial Management of the Europe Technology budget. Provide detailed analysis of Europe Technology Budgets, Performance and the Value derived from central services. Key Tasks and Responsibilities In this role, you will: Support the Value & Performance Lead with financial planning, control and reporting cycles within CRH Analyse and report on key Cost, Performance and Value metrics for Europe Technology Provide day-to-day support to Cost Centre owners, central and operating company finance teams Support the introduction of Full Potential Technology metrics and provide support to Operating Companies to drive improvements Monitor the financial consequences of contracts and ensure these are aligned with Group, Divisional and Local technology priorities Monitor and drive improvements in the Technology Recharge model Drive improvements in reporting Implement cost control and monitoring of key strategic technology initiatives Key Characteristics For this role you should be/have: Highly structured and detail-oriented Commercially focused and aware Effective communicator across all organisational levels Strong analytical skills Pro-active problem-solver Excellent organisational and planning skills Management of Technology budgets and recharge models Effective engagement with a range of stakeholders Drive improvements in Financial processes High-quality reporting Experience / Education You are/have: Degree in Finance or a related field Experience in a professional finance position, preferably within Technology Intrinsic interest in Technology What CRH Offers You A culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion Highly competitive salary package Comprehensive secondary benefits Significant contribution to your pension plan Health and wellness programs, including an on-site gym and fitness classes Excellent opportunities to develop and progress with a global organization Connect your future to CRH We are curious to learn more about you.
