Required to perform maintenance services in Eastern Canada (Kingston, Ontario to New Brunswick) Required to perform calibration, testing and diagnostics of Emerson and other pneumatic and electric actuators Perform diagnostics using LAD and other tools and repair of customer valves Follow up with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and future needs Maintain a solid, long-term professional relationship with customers Shop Repairs and Diagnostics
Work as an integral part of our production and repair team to support customer needs when not in the field Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving
Provide suggestions to increase the efficiency of field and shop work Ability to discuss problems and solutions with stakeholders Ensure compliance with all established health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines, which includes using all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL DEC in mechanical engineering or DEP in industrial mechanics or any other equivalent program. Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license Strong mechanical skills Customer service oriented mindset Must be able to lift 25 kg (50 lbs) without restriction Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Willingness to learn and ability to work extended hours Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy equipment will be considered an asset Experience with the following tools will be considered an asset: AVK, Ventil, EVT Must be able to immediately report any accident, incident, or unsafe working condition to the responsible of OHS. #LI-Hybrid In accordance with Bill 96, this job requires English proficiency to serve clients in Atlantic Canada and interact with US suppliers, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.
