About the role:

We are seeking an innovative, highly organised, effective and ambitious Variable SEND Lecturer with excellent people skills. The successful candidate will have:

- A passion for teaching SEND learners at our Bromley Campus - Innovative in teaching, learning, and assessment - Provide effective feedback to learners - Have high expectations of learners and themselves - Excellent communication skills

The role is focused on delivering a varied personalized curriculum and high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for learners with SEND, ranging from complex to moderate. The post holder will be responsible for preparation of inspirational lessons across our SEND programs at our Bromley Campus, working closely with the team, and engaging in learner progress reviews and IQA processes.

The successful post holder will have recent evidence of 'good or better' observations and experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to learners with a range of needs from complex to moderate.
