Maths
courses. You will ensure positive student outcomes, contribute to curriculum development, and actively enhance the overall experience of our students. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. Ensure positive student outcomes and meet academic performance targets. Actively contribute to developing the
Maths
curricula based on national best practice. Administer courses, contribute to marketing initiatives, and maintain compliance with College policies. Participate in quality assurance procedures, including assessment and internal verification. Support unemployed adult learners and remove barriers to training. What You'll Bring:
PGDE or other level 4+ teaching qualification. Relevant English/Literacy qualifications, ideally at level 4. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Recent experience working with ICT in a workplace, ability to teach basic IT skills. Effective and sensitive team player with tutorial skills. Enthusiasm, drive, and the ability to work with limited direction. Experience:
Experience delivering
Maths . High levels of organization and commitment to learning and development. Ability and initiative to work independently but also thrive in a team environment. Performance Evaluation:
