The Role:
As VAT Technology (SAP) Director, you'll be an essential part of the leadership team, guiding clients through large-scale SAP transformations. You'll have the opportunity to: Deliver high-quality SAP tax projects, leveraging your expertise in VAT, GST and related SAP functionalities. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing hands-on consulting to help them realise the full potential of their SAP systems. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to shape and deliver tax transformation strategies. Drive new business by identifying opportunities, leading proposals and developing commercial propositions. Support and mentor a talented team of tax professionals, helping them grow and achieve their career potential. What you'll bring: Significant years of experience in tax transformation with extensive exposure to SAP. A proven track record of delivering VAT/SAP solutions, with at least 3+ end-to-end SAP implementation projects. In-depth knowledge of tax configuration within SAP, along with experience managing complex multi-country tax requirements. Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of handling senior stakeholders and leading large teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a consultative approach to solving clients' business challenges. Desirable Skills: Expertise in digital tax solutions, tax engines, data analytics, and compliance tools. Experience working with SAP tools such as SAC, PaPM, and Group Reporting.
