Berkshire and become part of our dedicated Aftersales Team. As we expand our operations, we are seeking an Aftersales Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our workshop. You would work alongside our team of Vehicle Technicians, Apprentices, and Aftersales Advisor. Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee the efficient and customer-centric operation of our workshop. This pivotal role involves managing the daily activities of the workshop, ensuring the highest standards of service, and contributing to the overall success of our Aftersales department. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily activities of the workshop, including loading, job allocations, quality control, and efficiency. Manage site budget maximising profit levels Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent communication. Control work in progress Lead and support a team of skilled technicians and service advisors, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Maintain the highest standards of service and quality in all workshop operations. Oversee parts orders, ensuring availability and timely ordering. Identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Proven experience in a workshop management/controlling. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
