About the Role
The Vehicle Damage Assessor role is responsible for valuing and negotiating repair costs across our fleet. You will be qualified to a minimum of I.A.E.A or ATA (VDA) standard with current or previous experience working in an engineering function for an insurer or a body shop damage estimator. The ideal candidate will be able to provide vehicle valuations, prepare reports for total loss settlements, and have a detailed understanding of salvage categories and claims management. You should also have the ability to learn and use fleet management systems for tracking and reporting repair procedures.
