We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle Delivery and Handover Specialist. The Vehicle Delivery and Handover Specialist will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and handover experience to our customers throughout the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of vehicles to customers across the UK. You will also play a crucial role in providing customers with a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle’s features and functionality during the handover process. As Vehicle Delivery and Handover Specialist, your role will include but not be limited to the following tasks: Delivery of new and used vehicles to customers and completing the customer handover procedure in line with company guidelines. Demonstrating the functionality of vehicles to customers at handover and demonstration events. Vehicle movements as required between EVM and Mercedes-Benz, Iveco, to and from port, MOT centres and test centres as required by the sales and aftersales team. Accompanying the sales team on demonstration routes with vehicles as required. Preparing vehicles for handover by valeting and refreshing as required to ensure that vehicles are presented in tip-top condition and error-free. Always present yourself in a professional manner in EVM branded workwear. You will be required to stay overnight on occasion as required by the sales and aftersales team. Assist the Aftersales and sales team with vehicle movements as required from time to time. You will report directly to the Aftersales Manager. Location:

The successful candidate for the role of Vehicle Delivery and Handover Specialist should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience: Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers and fellow employees. Flexible, enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and able to work well under own initiative. Full clean D Licence required. Basic understanding of PSV operation. Must have a PSV Licence.
