How you’ll play your part We’re looking for someone confident and friendly, who has a deep understanding of the Mercedes-Benz product range and brand values, paired with demonstrable experience conducting thorough vehicle inspections to BVRLA standards. Deliver a high-quality customer service experience for all new vehicle handovers and returns. Ensure all defleeted vehicles are processed efficiently and in accordance with agreed business guidelines ready for Used Car Remarketing. Engage confidently and credibly with senior business leaders, external partners, and stakeholders. Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and professionally. Conduct a full inspection of returning vehicles, highlighting and discussing with customers any repairs or damage identified. Collaborate closely with Product colleagues to deliver thorough demonstrations of the vehicle. Gather and act on customer needs with natural empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Promote collaboration and shared success, contributing to a supportive and high-performing environment.
