We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Line Manager who will join an iconic motorcycle manufacturer organisation. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out projects that deliver the company’s visions and strategy.
The Vehicle Line Manager will: Lead project planning sessions to set project goals and objectives, determine timelines, define tasks, and outline resources necessary to successfully complete the project. Conduct project reviews, including creating detailed reports for executive staff and identifying areas for future improvement. Monitor ISIR/PPAP status prior to production. Analyse data and produce chase lists/progress reports. Monitor the progress of projects, including addressing issues that may arise and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and to the correct specification.
The Vehicle Line Manager will have: 4+ years' experience within a similar product/project role. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Fully competent on various packages: Microsoft, SAP Systems and other Project software. Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
