As the VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies, you will:
✨ Lead vehicle projects from concept to completion, hitting targets for cost, quality, and timelines
✨ Collaborate closely with external engineering teams, guiding decisions and ensuring smooth project delivery
✨ Oversee key engineering decisions across vehicle-level and cross-functional aspects.
✨ Track and manage the timing of critical SW & ET components
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Software, Telecommunications)
✅ Membership in IMechE, IET, or similar recognized institutions
✅ Proven project management experience in automotive, especially for small-volume OEMs
✅ Expertise in Software & Electronics Technologies and managing large indirect teams
✅ Strong interpersonal skills and experience in international settings
